What is unconscious gender bias training?

The unconscious gender bias training is about the following:

Is this training self-paced or instructor-led?

We have both Self-Paced and Instructor led training on unconscious gender bias.

How long does it take to complete the training?

Self-paced learning session is for 34 minutes
Instructor led is for 3 hours

Is there a time limit for completing the training?

You are required to complete the self-paced within a month (specified start date and end date) as per your cohort.
Instructor led is completed on the scheduled date within 3 hours

What technology or software do I need for the training?

Browser, preferably Chrome

Is any prior knowledge or experience necessary to take this training?

For self-paced training you would need to be computer savvy

How do I enroll in the training?

The We-Ace will create a cohort and enroll the participants as per the registrations. Detailed instructions will be shared over email by the project manager from We-Ace.

Is there a fee for the training?

Self-Paced: @ INR 999 per participant
Workshop: @ INR 12,000 per participant

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion

Can I revisit the training materials after completion?

Yes, you will need to record it for subsequent viewing for the instructor led training on zoom.
For the self-paced training, if you complete it within a month, you can access it lifelong.

How can this training benefit me personally and professionally?

You would be able to understand the value of D&I, identify stereotypes, and apply D&I in your context leading to impact in terms of better understanding, higher productivity and greater creativity.

How do I share my feedback or ask questions during the training?

On completion of the self-paced training, you would be prompted to provide feedback. You can ask questions in self-paced in the Q&A section which the faculty will respond to.
In case of workshop feedback is administered on course completion. You can ask questions during the instructor led workshop and would get an answer in real time.

Is there a support team available if I encounter technical issues?

Yes you can write to techteam@we-ace.com on encountering any technical issues.

Can I access the training materials from different devices?

You can access the training from devices such as a laptop, mobile and tablet.
You can even download the we-ace app and access from the app.
