This interesting session on drafting and negotiating term sheets for PE/VC transactions used two sample scenarios to touch upon key concerns to be addressed at the term-sheet stage such as choice of investment instrument, protective provisions both pre and post investment, governance rights, and exit provisions.

Due Diligence in the Wake of the Pandemic
