Winpe sheshines held on the 7th of August, 2024 at The Grand, Delhi created one of the largest networking evenings for women in the Delhi NCR PEVC ecosystem. The topic of the evening was "Navigating the Investor- Founder Relationship." This insightful evening brought together leading voices in the private equity and venture capital (PEVC) sectors, providing a platform for women to engage and share their experiences.

The evening started at 5:15 PM with an engaging pop quiz, a trivia challenge focused on the PEVC industry. The interactive start set the tone for the discussions that followed.

A dynamic panel discussion featuring Alka Goel, Founder of Alkemi Growth Capital; Neha Kant, Founder & Director of Clovia; and Padmaja Ruparel, Co-founder of the Indian Angel Network (IAN), was the highlight of the evening. The panelists shared their experiences and insights on the intricate dynamics of investor-founder relationships in a casual storytelling manner. The discussion was moderated by Nupur Garg, founder of Winpe.

Following the panel, the event transitioned into hosted table discussions. Senior industry leaders- Aparajita Ahuja (MD & CFO at CX Partners), Aparna Mangla (Investment Director at BII), Dr. Mansi Aggarwal (Partner at Alkemi Growth Capital) and Sarika Saxena (Managing Partner at IAN Alpha Fund), led intimate discussions with participants, providing personalised insights. Discussions emphasized that a strong, aligned vision between investors and founders is crucial for long-term success. The experiences shared underscored the importance of having diverse voices at the decision-making table, which can lead to more inclusive and innovative approaches.
